Exterior Roof Assessment
Our certified technicians conduct a thorough examination of all visible roofing components from the roof surface itself. This includes detailed inspection of shingles or other roofing materials, flashing around chimneys, vents, and other penetrations, gutters and drainage systems, and the overall structural integrity of the roof system.
Interior Inspection
When possible and appropriate, we also conduct interior inspections of attic spaces and other areas where roof problems might be visible from inside the building. This includes checking for signs of water infiltration, examining insulation and ventilation systems, assessing structural components visible from the interior, and identifying any signs of pest intrusion or other issues.
Photographic Documentation
We photograph all areas of concern and provide you with a complete visual record of your roof’s condition. These photographs help you understand our recommendations and provide valuable documentation for insurance purposes or future reference.
Detailed Written Report
Every inspection concludes with a comprehensive written report that details our findings, explains any issues discovered, provides recommendations for addressing problems, and includes cost estimates for recommended work. Our reports are clear, detailed, and designed to help you make informed decisions about your roofing needs.
