Flat & Low-Slope
TPO Roofing
TPO is composed of synthetic materials and fabric reinforcements for extra strength and durability as a single-ply membrane.
TPO is moisture-resistant and contains natural reflective properties to deflect ultraviolet rays of the sun, which can cause roofing to dry out and crack over time. TPO tends to conserve energy better within a building, as well.
Torch-Down Roofing
Useful on commercial and residential roofs, torch-down roofing consists of modified asphalt and resin, melted together with a torch to form a thick waterproof layer. Torch-down is highly durable. It also requires very little maintenance.
Polyurethane Spray Foam Roofing Systems
Our SPF products provide a seamless barrier that insulates and waterproofs your commercial roof resulting in significant energy cost savings. SPF Systems also stop leaks and extend the life of your roof. SPF roofing prevents lateral water movement and simplifies repairs.
EPDM Single-Ply Roofing
EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer), a synthetic rubber sheet material with a layer of insulation board underneath a rubber membrane. The membrane can adhere to a roof without the use of adhesives, rather it is often covered with stones or pavers to hold it in place and effectively hasten water evaporation.
Modified Bitumen Roofing
Modified bitumen roofing (MBR) is a flexible coating, similar to asphalt shingles however it comes in rolled sheets. It is also installed as self-adhesive for peel-and-stick material. The sheets are moved onto the roof atop a base sheet membrane. MBR is lightweight and performs well in cold weather.
Common Commercial Roof Repairs
Moisture intrusion can be devastating to a building’s structure, as well as its valuable contents. Our commercial roofing systems are designed to provide optimal protection against water seepage, which can lead to the degradation of a flat or low-slope roof. Masterpiece Roofing will evaluate and fix drainage problems that are causing “ponding” – a water retention condition that is detrimental to commercial roofing.
- Repairs that will improve drainage and evaporation of water
- Repair of dried, cracked roof covering
- Replacement of roof system membrane layer
- Sealing seams around roof penetrations such as vents, skylights and rooftop mounted equipment
- Waterproofing around parapet walls
